The pop-punk band Boys Like Girls will perform in concert at Pipeline Cafe on Aug. 4, the group’s first Hawaii concert, BAMP Project promoters announced today.

The group was voted Spin.com’s 2007 Artist of the Year and their self-titled debut album features hit songs "The Great Escape," "Hero/Heroine," and "Thunder."Their second album, Due or Die, is scheduled to be released in September.
Tickets to the Pipeline show are $27 general admission and $45 VIP and go on sale Saturday at www.groovetickets.com, www.bampproject.com, the Pipeline Box Office, Blue Hawaii Surf Stores and Military Ticket Outlets.
