Two who died in separate Sunday crashes identified

The man who died when the tractor trailer he was driving overturned on the 'Ewa off-ramp of H-1 Freeway on Sunday was identified as Russell J. Fox, 51, of Waipahu, by the Honolulu Medical Examiner's Office.

The crash also injured an adolescent boy who was a passenger in the truck.

The accident was one of three O'ahu motor vehicle crashes that claimed two lives and injured three Sunday.

The medical examiner's office yesterday also identified a motorcyclist who was killed when he collided with a Hawaiian Telcom truck on Kamehameha Highway in Ka'a'awa as Mark Lamm, 49, of Wahiawa. A teenage girl who was a passenger on Lamm's motorcycle was injured in the collision.

In the other crash on Kamehameha Highway Sunday, a bicyclist was critically injured when he was struck by a car in Hau'ula.
