She will be joined at the Kaneohe observations by Lt. Gov. James “Duke” Aiona, state Adjutant General Maj. Gen. robert G.F. Lee and members of the military and veterans groups.
The program begins at 1 p.m. with a musical prelude from the Marine Forces Pacific Band. An oli by Kumu Kaohu Cazinha will be followed by a parade of flags and the singing of the National Anthem and Hawaii Ponoi by the Na Leo Lani choir.
Aiona will give an address and Duckworth will participate in a wreath-laying.
The Hawaii Army National Guard will provide a flyover with CH-47 helicopters.
