Vigil, silent march planned for beating victim Charles Kahumoku

Advertiser Staff

A vigil and silent march will be held May 26 to acknowledge the death of Charles Kahumoku, who was beaten to death May 8.

The event, led by the Hawaii State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, begins at 5:30 p.m. in front of the state Capitol.
Kahumoku, 49, was allegedly beaten to death by Paul Kaeo. Kahumoku had a relationship with Kaeo’s estranged wife.
