2 arrested in pellet gun shooting spree

Police arrested two men Friday night following a pellet gun shooting spree from Mililani to Wahaiwä that left at least two people injured and a number of windows damaged.

The two men, ages 20 and 21, were arrested at Mango Street and Kilani Avenue in Wahiawä shortly after 9 p.m. on suspicion of assault, reckless endangerment and criminal property damage, according to a police report.
The men had not been charged this evening but were in custody.
Police at the Wahiawä station said one woman was taken to a hospital with a pellet in her chest. Her condition was not known. A man was struck in the hand with a pellet, police said. At least seven people were shot at but it was not clear how many had been hit, police said.
Several windows were shot out in Wahiawä during the shooting spree, police said.
