Police look for suspects in Mapunapuna ethnic shopping complex burglary

Advertiser Staff

Police are searching for the suspects who rammed into the front door of the Mapunapuna 99 Ranch Market, also known as the Moanalua Ethnic Village complex, and smashed an ATM machine.

The burglary of the marketplace occurred somewhere between 9 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m. today, police said.
Police are unsure, but believe a vehicle was used to smash the front sliding door of the complex, police said. Once inside the store at 1151 Mapunapuna St., the suspects ransacked it. Police do not know the extent of the burglary or the amount of money taken from the ATM machine.
