University of Hawai‘i's Britta Bourne, who had a hat trick in a 3-2 victory over Idaho yesterday, was named Western Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week today.

Bourne, a senior forward from Honolulu, became the fifth player in UH history to record a hat trick. Bourne is the only player in the WAC this season to record three goals in a league match.
Bourne led the Rainbow Wahine with 10 goals and 23 points this season.
She is the second consecutive UH player to win the WAC award. Last week, Ambree Ako was honored.
The Rainbow Wahine finished their season 7-11-1 and 3-5 in the WAC.
Nevada's Marie Cove was named WAC Defensive Players of the Week.
