GOODSILL ANDERSON QUINN & STIFEL

Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel has announced that former partner Sean Clark has rejoined the firm and will continue his practice in the areas of corporate law, securities and mergers and acquisitions.

Within Goodsill's corporate and securities practice group, Clark will continue assisting clients in raising capital, acquiring and selling businesses, managing corporate governance issues and complying with state and federal securities laws.

SWINERTON BUILDERS

Two new operations managers have joined the Swinerton Builders team. They are Scott Schriefer and Gary Moura.

Schriefer will be overseeing the building group. He has a strong medical background as well as extensive office building and preconstruction experience on large, complex projects.

Moura will head up the special projects group. He has extensive experience overseeing renovation projects.

DISTRIBUTED ENERGY PARTNERS

Distributed Energy Partners, the state's leading commercial solar integrator, announced that it has brought on Larry McCarthy as a partner in finance. In this role, McCarthy will manage finance, accounting and cash flow operations of both D.E.P. and RevoluSun, a D.E.P. company. He will also oversee human resources and IT and will assist with sales and marketing.

REVOLUSUN

Robert Braunthal is the newest partner and residential construction manager at RevoluSun, a local provider of residential solar electric and hot water systems. Braunthal will lead the residential construction team, overseeing all projects.

KING & NEEL

Paul Kennedy and Stephanie McGuire have been promoted to assistant vice president at King & Neel Inc., a risk management, insurance and surety bonding agency. Kennedy has extensive experience as a surety manager.

McGuire has been with King & Neel since 1999.

AQUA HOTELS & RESORTS

Aqua Hotels & Resorts recently promoted Robin Harlow to regional director of sales. Harlow joined Aqua in 2005 as general manager of Aqua Palms Spa. She also served Aqua's director of travel industry sales.
