Hawaii's east shores under high-surf advisory
A high-surf advisory is in effect for east-facing shores of Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Maui and the Big Island until 6 a.m. tomorrow, the National Weather Service in Honolulu said.
Strong trade will continue to produce rough and choppy surf along east shores through tonight.
Surf along east-facing shores will be 7 feet to 9 feet today and tonight.
