High-surf advisory for Hawaii's east shores

Advertiser Staff

A high-surf advisory has been issued again for the east-facing shores of Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Maui and the Big Island until 6 p.m. tonight.

The National Weather Service in Honolulu said strong trade winds will continue to produce rough and choppy surf.
Surf along east-facing shores will be 5 feet to 8 feet through this afternoon.
