Regular exercise like walking offers an excellent form of protection against circulation ailments such as arteriosclerosis, hardening of the blood vessel walls. Let us ride less and walk more. Physical fitness definitely has an important overall influence in a person's life. Not only does it help physically, but also mentally and spiritually.
