Steelers lose guard Kemoeatu

The Pittsburgh Steelers, already missing Pro Bowl safety Troy Polamalu (knee), also lost guard Chris Kemoeatu, a Kahuku alum, to a right knee injury yesterday.
Kemoeatu was injured in the third quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs and did not return to the game.
Meanwhile, St. Louis quarterback Marc Bulger said he took a blow to the head on the team's final possession, apparently on a sack by Arizona Cardinals defensive end Darnell Dockett, and will undergo evaluation today.
Bulger said his head had cleared after yesterday's game.
