Russell J. Lau, chief executive officer of Finance Factors Ltd., has been re-elected to a four-year term on the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle.

The bank is one of a dozen Federal Home Loan Banks that provide liquidity, funding, and services to member financial institutions.
