Highway work will cause delays on Kuhio Highway
LIHUE — State highway crews started removing hazardous rocks and debris above Kuhio Highway near mile post 1 yesterday.
The work will run through Wednesday and drivers are being warned to expect delays.
Intermittent lane closures should be expected from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the course of the work.
Roadwork is weather-permitting.
