Police are investigating two incidents at an Ewa Beach home where one man was apparently stabbed and a teenage girl assaulted.

Emergency personnel were called to a home on Ewalu Way at about 3 p.m. yesterday after receiving a call that a man had been stabbed. Ambulance personnel treated a man who appears to be in his 30s and transported him to a hospital in serious condition, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the city Emergency Services Department.
Cheplic said the man suffered what appeared to be at least one stab wound.
About a half-hour later. paramedics were called to the same home and treated a teenage girl, who appeared to be assaulted, Cheplic said. The girl was transported to a hospital in serious condition.
It was not immediately known if the two injured people were related or what caused their injuries.
