QUICK BITES
Hawaii listeners can call in questions

 • Building a better bird

In what has become a tradition in some households, radio host Lynne Rossetto Kasper will again host "Turkey Confidential " tomorrow morning while you're wrestling with the bird and chopping stuffing ingredients. The interactive talk show airs 6 to 8 a.m. on KIPO 89.3 FM.

For "Confidential," the good-natured and knowledgeable Kasper answers listeners' questions and is joined by guests such as Cooks Illustrated editor Christopher Kimball, "Road Food" authors Jane and Michael Stern and wine seller Joshua Wesson.

Phone lines will be open nationwide 6 to 8 a.m. Hawai'i time. Call Kasper at 1-800-537-5252.
