Windward City Lights, block party set for Sunday

The fourth annual Windward City Lights celebration is set for Sunday in Kaneçohe.

The festivities, at the intersection of Kamehameha Highway and Waikalua Road, will start about 3 p.m.
The city is expecting some 5,000 people to turn out for the event, which will feature food and craft booths, an antique car exhibit, free visits with Santa and entertainment.
A tree lighting ceremony is set for 6 p.m.
Drivers should expect heavy traffic along Kamehameha Highway during the event.
Parking will be available at the open field behind Benjamin Parker School.
