Castle beats Kailua in OIA Red East, 39-21

Jaymason Lee passed for 335 yards and four touchdowns to lead the host Castle Knights to a 39-21 Oahu Interscholastic Association Red East victory over the Kailua Surfriders last night.

Lee completed 11 of 22 passes for the Knights (5-2, 3-2). He threw three touchdown passes of 85, 13 and 75 yards to Shaydon Kehano. Lee also connected with Han Reppuhn on a 85 yarder in the fourth quarter which gave the Knights a 39-14 lead.

Garrett Paredes ran for 98 yards and scored on second-quarter runs of 1 and 60 yards as the Knights opened up a 19-0 halftime lead.

Clinton Aina rushed for 161 yards and scored on runs of 10 and 64 yards for the Surfriders (3-4, 2-4).
