Check out the ghoulash of "Monster Mash," a group art show on display at Chinatown Boardroom through, yes, Halloween.

For this show, artists painted monster creations, which were severed in half at the Boardroom. Tops and bottoms were then mixed for the display. The artist lineup includes Ryan Higa, Pegge Hopper, May Izumi, Jeff Lamm, Miss Mindy, Otto, Kat Reeder, Rich Richardson, Cade Roster, Masako Schwalbenitz, Dave Tanji, Mike Watanabe and Robert Watanabe.

Gallery hours at the Boardroom, 1160 Nu'uanu Ave., are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesdays through Saturdays. The Boardroom will donate a portion of the show's sale proceeds to the Hawaiian Humane Society in honor of all the little monsters that enrich our lives.
