Police said two far-left east-bound lanes of H-1 Freeway, which had been closed after a truck damaged the Gulick Avenue overpass, were re-opened at 12:36 p.m.

Police said that while the lanes are now open, traffic is still moving slowly.
Police said earlier that the accident left debris from the overpass on the freeway.
