Garth Brooks is coming to The Strip.

The country star and casino owner Steve Wynn announced yesterday afternoon that Brooks will take over the Encore theater at Wynn Las Vegas for about 15 weeks a year, perhaps for the next five years.

And it only cost the entrepreneur a jet.

"I told him he couldn't afford me," Brooks said, sitting on stage with Wynn. "I was wrong. Wow."

Wynn bought the jet for Brooks so he could spend maximum time with his three teenage daughters while performing. His youngest child has five years till she's off to college, and the deal Brooks struck is flexible enough to guarantee that the singer won't miss a precious moment.

He'll play shows on select Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays beginning Dec. 11.

MEGAN FOX LANDS ARMANI MODELING DEAL

Confirming that endorsement deals still have cachet in a recession, "Transformers" star Megan Fox is pulling down seven-figure pay to model Armani underwear and jeans.

The 23-year-old will be the new face of Emporio Armani underwear and Armani jeans in 2010, the Milan-based fashion house announced Wednesday.

Most endorsement deals pay celebrities from $500,000 to $2 million for an ad campaign that runs a year, and Fox will make toward the high end of that range, according to someone familiar with the deal.

COCAINE ROLE DISPUTED IN MAYS' DEATH

The family of TV pitchman Billy Mays yesterday released the findings of an independent medical examiner, who concluded that the infomercial star's cocaine use was not a significant contributing factor in his sudden death. Mays, 50, was found dead in his Tampa, Fla., condo in June.

The report does not dispute Mays' cocaine use, but concludes that there is no evidence to suggest he was a chronic user. The review of the official autopsy also concludes that "cocaine was not a significant contributing factor" in his death.

WHOOPI DEBUTS 'HEAD GAMES' SHOW

Whoopi Goldberg says she's always been a geek, and that comes in handy for a new science trivia show she's producing.

"Head Games," which premieres tomorrow on the Science Channel, is a cheeky take on the game show genre. It tests contestants and viewers with questions about astronauts burping in space and how Tennessee meat goats react to stress. (They faint.)

LOHAN ORDERED TO RETURN TO COURT TODAY

Lindsay Lohan has another date with a judge.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has ordered the "Mean Girls" star to appear in a Beverly Hills courtroom this morning.

The 23-year-old was placed on three years of probation in 2007 after pleading guilty to being under the influence of cocaine, and no contest to drunken driving and reckless driving. She spent 84 minutes in jail.

It is unclear why Lohan has been ordered to appear.
