A pair of familiar names from Brigham Young-Hawaii have been named Pacific West Conference cross country runners of the week after winning both men's and women's races at the BYUH Invitational at Läie Saturday.

Junior Spencer Deavila won the 8K men's race in 25 minutes and seven seconds, and sophomore Lacey Krout captured the 5K women's race in 19:12 as the Seasiders won both team competitions.

It was the third time this season — and second consecutive week — that Deavila won the award. Krout was honored Sept. 28.

The PacWest Championships will be Oct. 31 at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
