Those who attended Dave Shoji's 1,000th victory Saturday can bring their ticket to tomorrow's match to receive a memento. Look for tables on the concourse near Gate B. There will also be a table outside the arena near Gate B, for fans who were at the match Saturday, but don't have tickets to tomorrow's match. After tomorrow, fans with Oct. 17 tickets can bring them to the athletic office's front reception area to receive their memento.

Alumnae who have not contacted UH are encouraged to call Associate Athletics Director Marilyn Moniz-Kaho'ohanohano (956-4499) and come to tomorrow's match to participate in the celebration.

UH Alumni Association members get half off adult tickets (eight maximum) tomorrow by showing a membership card.

Fans attending the BYUH match are encouraged to donate used wireless phones and accessories to help curb domestic violence in Hawai'i. Donations will help survivors through the Verizon Wireless HopeLine program. UH and Verizon are teaming for the fourth straight year. Drop boxes will be at the SSC's main entrance from 6 p.m.

Along with everything else, the UH men's tennis team will be honored during the match for winning its second straight WAC Championship last spring.

La Pietra will host "Bump, Set & Spike for the Cure" Saturday to raise awareness of breast cancer. Donations from the pre-state tournament scrimmages will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. La Pietra will be asking for a $3 donation at the door and sell T-shirts for $10. The schedule has Kamehameha playing Word of Life at noon, followed by guest speakers and contests at 1:15 p.m. and Hawai'i Baptist taking on La Pietra at 2 p.m.
