Remaining tickets for Jack Johnson's shows available online

Advertiser Staff

Remaining tickets for the screening of Jack Johnson’s DVD “En Concert,” followed by an acoustic performance by Johnson and Zach Gill, will be available online starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday at www.hawaiitheatre.com.

You can also call 808-528-0506.
The screening and acoustic performances take place Nov. 13-14 at Hawaii Theatre. Each show seats 1,600, and Johnson initially opened ticket sales to Kokua Hawaii Foundation members and walk-ups at the Hawaii Theatre Box office this past Saturday.
Johnson said during an interview with The Advertiser last week he wanted to ensure Hawaii residents had a chance to buy tickets first and didn’t want to put them online immediately.
The shows are Johnson's only appearances in support of his “En Concert” live DVD and CD release, which hits stores tomorrow. “En Concert” chronicles the special visual and musical moments from Jack Johnson's 2008 Sleep Through The Static world tour. The live CD features collaborations with Hawaii's own Paula Fuga and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder in addition to select tracks from the 2008 Kokua Festival.
All proceeds of the Hawaii Theatre shows will benefit the Kokua Hawaii Foundation.
Tickets are $125 Orchestra, $100 Loge, $75 for Lower Balcony, $50 for Upper Balcony (all ticket service fees are included). There is a two-ticket per person limit.
The Hawaii Theatre box office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
