Advertiser Staff

The 10th Annual Fall Wrestling Clinic will be held Thursday through Sunday at Moanalua High School and will feature U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Terry Steiner.

Steiner, a 1993 NCAA championship at Iowa, has coached the U.S. Women since the program’s inception in 2003 and led the team to a first-place finish at the World Cup that year.
Among the Olympians he has coached are Patricia Miranda (bronze in 2004) and Sara McMahon (silver in 2004). Steiner also coached Roosevelt graduate Clarissa Chun to a world championship in 2008.
Thursday’s session runs from 6 to 9 p.m. The clinic resumes Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and continues Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday’s final session runs from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
The clinic is open to wrestlers of all ages and free for all coaches. The $85 registration fee covers all four sessions and includes a USA Wrestling membership. The cost is $50 for those who are already USA Wrestling members.
