The man who molested a University of Hawaii coed in her dorm room in 2007 pleaded no contest yesterday morning to another sex crime that was solved by a DNA match.

Mark Heath, a former Schofield Barracks soldier, will be sentenced for a series of crimes in January by Circuit Judge Dexter Del Rosario.
Heath, 22, pleaded guilty in May 2008 to sexually assaulting a UH student and burglarizing three dormitory rooms on the Manoa campus in August and November 2007.
After Heath admitted to the UH crimes, police took a DNA sample from him that was later matched with evidence in the April 7, 2007, sex assault of a Waikiki woman in her Ala Wai Boulevard apartment.
He pleaded no contest in that case last year, then withdrew the plea but re-entered it yesterday morning.
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Thalia Murphy said she will seek a 60-year prison term for Heath.
