Argument leads to car theft arrest in Waianae

Advertiser Staff

A 38-year-old Waianae man was arrested yesterday after police found him driving a stolen car.

Patrol officers were originally sent to home in Waianae on an argument complaint.
When the officers arrived, they were told the man had already driven off.
They caught up with the man on Farrington Highway and pulled him over.
A check of the car showed it had been reported stolen and the driver was arrested without incident on suspicion of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
