Golf: Wie likely to miss cut despite second-round 69

Honolulu's Michelle Wie shot a 2-under-par 69 Friday in the second round of the CN Canadian Women's Open in Priddis, Alberta.
Wie's two-round total of 69-76—145 was 3 over par and two shots above the projected cutline of 1 over par. Her Friday round included three birdies and one bogey.
Wie, in danger of missing the cut for the first time in her rookie year, finished fourth place last week at the LPGA's Safeway Classic, in which she shot under par in each round.
