Congrats to Laughtrack Theatre in Chinatown, which is holding its first anniversary party Saturday by bringing back the improv trio Casual Threat, along with Chocolate Squirrel, In Yo Face Improv and Boogie with Stu. Festivities start at 7 p.m., but seating is limited in the self-acclaimed "little black box," so call 384-3362 for reservations. ...

Band Camp VII at the Waikiki Shell on Nov. 15 is already going to be huge and the full lineup hasn't even been announced. The Fray, with hits like "You Found Me" and "How to Save a Life," signed on to headline the music bash. Moffatt was nominated earlier this summer, but was passed over for Atlanta-based Neal Boortz, who has a nationally syndicated show; nationally syndicated Dr. Demento; Norman Pattiz, founder and chairman of Westwood One; Washington, D.C.-based Ed Walker; and Washington, D.C.-based Wendy Williams, formerly of "The Wendy Williams Experience." "It was a long shot with all of the other people being from bigger markets," Moffatt said, "but it was quite an honor just to get nominated."
