    The 10th annual Taste at Kapolei, a fundraiser for the Kapolei Rotary Club, will be held 5:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Ko Olina Resort & Marina, Lagoon 4, aka Ulua. The event will feature food from more than 20 local restaurants, a silent auction, entertainment, a country market, celebrity chefs, kids' activities and fireworks.     CHEFS' FARE AT HALL OF FAME CELEBRATION

    On Sept. 21, the Hawaii Restaurant Association hosts its third annual Hall of Fame celebration and will induct a new group of Island food experts — names to be announced — into the Hall of Fame. Among those hosting "dine-around" food stations are Dennis Franks of Big City Diner; Rodhel Ibay, Sergio's Italian Restaurant; Ronnie Nasuti, Roy's Restaurants; Goran Streng, Tango; Alan Takasaki, Le Bistro; Khamtan Tanhchlaeun, Hawaii Prince Hotel; and Tony Vierra of Grand Cafe & Bakery. Festivities begin at 6 p.m. with the "Hall of Fame" program at 7:30 p.m. emceed by Rick Hamada. Tickets: $200. Information and reservations: 944-9105 or hra@hawaiirestaurants.org.
