Rodrigues-Kaikana fund established

Advertiser Staff

A fund has been established in memory of Iris Rodrigues-Kaikana, who was found dead Aug. 24 in a pedestrian alley next to the Kamehameha Homes housing project in Kalihi.

Donations to the Iris Rodrigues-Kaikana Memorial Fund may be made at any Bank of Hawaii branch. Checks made out to the fund may also be mailed to P.O. Box 2990, Honolulu, HI 96846.

Rodrigues-Kaikana was a graduate of McKinley High School and worked at the McDonald's restaurant on Fort Street Mall. The city medical examiner determined that Rodrigues-Kaikana had been strangled. Corbit Ahn, 29, has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with her death.
