Dance legends Mikhail Baryshnikov and Ana Laguna will take the Hawai'i Theatre stage tonight and tomorrow as part of the contemporary dance performance "Three Solos and a Duet."

Kicking off Ballet Hawaii's 2009 fall season, the show features Baryshnikov and Laguna in "Place," a piece created for them by Mats Ek, artistic director for Sweden's Cullberg Ballet, where Laguna has earned numerous accolades.
Baryshnikov will also perform new solos by Alexei Ratmansky and Benjamin Millepied.
Tickets, $50-$125, were still available for today's 8 p.m. performance and tomorrow's 2 p.m. matinee. Buy them at the Hawai'i Theatre box office, www.hawaiitheatre.com or by calling 528-0506.
