Kauai police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 22-year-old man who was reported missing Sept. 10.

Chung has several distinct tattoos, including a tribal tattoo on each of his shoulders, a king of hearts on his left calf, a centaur on his right calf, and possibly a tribal tattoo on his face. He is 5 feet 11, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Chung is asked to call KPD’s Investigative Services Bureau at 241-1696, police dispatch at 241-1711, or Crime Stoppers, 241-1887.
