Residential real estate firm Century 21 All Islands has formed a division to broker commercial property sales.

The state’s largest Century 21 franchisee said it will offer brokerage services for office, retail, hotel, warehouse, apartment building and undeveloped property through its nine offices on Oçahu, Maui, Kauaçi and the Big Island.
Heading up the new division is Steve De Mesa, who formerly worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
