Hawai'i's Stephanie Ricketts, who pitched a perfect game Saturday, has been named Western Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season.

Ricketts, a sophomore from San Jose, Calif., pitched her first career perfect game, a five-inning gem in a 20-0 victory over Nevada. She got six fly outs, seven ground outs and two strikeouts. Ricketts (20-6, 11-0) threw just 53 pitches in the game and faced the minimum 15 batters. It was her fourth shutout of the year and her third career no-hitter.

Hawai'i (39-11) swept a three-game series from Nevada to remain a perfect 17-0 in the WAC.

The Rainbow Wahine play Fresno State (33-14, 12-3 WAC) in their final homestand of the year Friday and Saturday.

Utah State's Tina Ferguson was named WAC Hitter of the Week.
