The mother-daughter team of Elaine Costello and Lue Zimmelman is gathering their friends for a special Mother's Day boutique sale, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Waioli Tea Room. The Contemporary Museum and elle Couture Jewelers will present a special pre-Mother's Day sales event from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday in the museum's gift shop; 10 percent of the proceeds will benefit TCM. The Veranda at the Moana Surfrider is holding its "Sugar and Spice Mother-Daughter Tea" from noon to 3:30 p.m. May 8.
