Frank Francis Fasi, 89, of Honolulu , died Feb. 3, 2010. Born in Hartford, Conn. Former Hono-lulu mayor; U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Survived by wife, Joyce; sons, Charles, Frank Jr., David and Salvador; daughters, Gina, and Gioia Fasi Arrillaga; also children from previous marriage, Toni, Cappy, Carl, Francesca Brittain and Paul; 20 grandchildren; sister, Ella Terry. Service 10 a.m. Wednesday at Honolulu Hale. Invited guests will be seated inside Honolulu Hale. The public will be able to watch the service from an area outside Honolulu Hale. Following the service, Mayor Fasi will lie in state in Honolulu Hale until 6 p.m. Funeral procession 11 a.m. March 4 from Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary to Bishop Street, left on King Street passing Iolani Palace, Honolulu Hale and the Frank F.
