All but one Waikiki-bound lane of Ala Moana Boulevard were closed this morning after a single-vehicle crash.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., the driver of a sport utility vehicle headed in the Downtown direction near Ala Moana Center lost control and plowed through the hedge-covered medial strip. The SUV overturned on the opposite side of the roadway.
Lanes reopened after crews cleaned oil from the roadway and the vehicle was righted and towed away.
The driver of the SUV, an elderly man, was treated at the scene by paramedics and released. He was the vehicle's only occupant.
