Washington State completes field in Diamond Head Classic hoops tournament

Washington State will be the eighth team in the 2010 Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic basketball tournament, it was announced today.
ESPN Regional TV, which owns and operates the Dec. 22, 23 and 25 event at the Stan Sheriff Center, previously announced the University of Hawaii, Baylor, Butler, Florida State, Mississippi State, San Diego and Utah to the field.
"We are thrilled with the addition of Washington State to the second annual Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic," David Matlin, the tournament's executive director, said in a release.
