There's a new line of hair-coloring products that's getting lots of buzz in the national media. It's called INOA (Innovation No Ammonia) by L'Orēal Professionnel and it has just arrived in Honolulu. INOA, which does not contain ammonia, is said to be odorless and does not cause pain, itching or scalp irritation.
Alan Vuong of cutting-edge Salon Blanc is sold on the products. He had two of his color specialists certified by INOA so they can teach other stylists how to use them. Find INOA at Salon Blanc, 1288 Ala Moana, or online at www.blancsalon.com.
