Teams from Kahuku and Laie won the Adult Friends for Youth annual Aloha Youth 7’s rugby tournament.

The boys team from Kahuku beat Hilo, 17 to 5. The Parkside girls team from Laie defeated Honolulu’s Eastside Bulldogs, 28 to 0. About 200 youths from Oahu, the Big Island, Maui and Alberta, Canada, participated in the sixth annual event, which ended today.
