Could it be that KS made the first overture? Or was it the the overall intent by John Doe despite what lawyer Grant contends? In any case, it's hard to look away from 7 million coconuts.
Now, lawyer Dave Rosen believes he can repeat more of the same for any of his clients. But he maintains it is only for the principles of the case, of course. And, meanwhile, the settlements will drain needed funds for education of Hawaiian children. From some of the posts on this DB, that seems to please some in the community. Why?
