His areas of interest are education, politics and organizational effectiveness. |

Michael Kahikina. He has also worked at Kapi'olani Children's Hospital with the 'Ewa Healthy Start program, assisting disadvantaged young mothers. His areas of interest are public education in disadvantaged areas and the military. |

Secretariat in New York for nine years and directed the Fulbright program in Japan for 20 years before returning to Hawai'i about 10 years ago.
