I want to say hi to my family and my neighborhood. I want the people back home to know that we’re really doing a good thing out here. We’re fighting the insurgency and we’re trying to bring freedom and democracy to Iraq. When we do humanitarian stuff, just seeing the smiles on their faces, and when you give kids things like soccer balls, it’s rewarding. I’m doing all right. We get fed well and live in an air-conditioned home. Considering where we’re at, we actually live pretty well, especially compared to the guys who came here two years ago.
