Age 28, Waipahu. In Kuwait as driver for the commander of the 1st Battalion, 487th Field Artillery, Hawai'i Army National Guard. Civilian job: owns Ajes Cafe in Maunakea Market Place.

Hi to my family. I miss them a lot, especially my two boys, A.J. and Jeff-Jeff. It’s great to be here and it’s an honor to serve my country. It is hot here now but we still carry on with the mission. It’s the first time I’ve seen a camel, and the first time I’ve talked to Kuwaiti people.
