The Advertiser invites you to announce the birth of your baby in the 'Ohana section of the Sunday newspaper and on our Web site. You may submit your birth announcement request using the online form below.

Photos
You are welcome to submit a photo of your baby. Please send a photograph or slide in color or black and white that is in sharp focus. It must feature only the baby or can be easily cropped to show only the baby.

If yes, please label the back of the photo with the names of the baby and the baby's parent(s) and indicate you have submitted this online request. We are sorry, but no photos or other materials can be returned. The Advertiser reserves the right to reject announcements and photos.

Copy of birth certificate, parent(s) signatures
To complete this request, please send a photocopy of your baby's official state-issued birth certificate and signed permission letter from the parent(s) allowing The Advertiser and its Web site to use the submitted information and photo. Address it to: Birth Announcements, 'Ohana Section, The Honolulu Advertiser, P.O. Box 3110, Honolulu, HI 96802. You may also fax your information to 525-8055 or hand-deliver it to The Advertiser at 605 Kapiolani Blvd., Honolulu. If you have questions, please call 535-2410.
