Finally, Hokule'a sails By Jan TenBruggencate The two weeks of waiting for Hokule'a to depart has been painful. Good friends have had to drop from the crew because of other commitments, replaced by others. But the canoe is now underway, steersmen and women straining at the great sweep, her big sails pulling hard.
