Fishing is good By Jan TenBruggencate Fishing has been good. We caught a mahimahi last night, which caused the immediate abandonment of plans for making chili. Russell Amimoto, Hokule'a's "Iron Chef," made up a lime and coconut dish of poisson cru, as well as a delicious fried mahi dish. Today, we hooked another mahimahi and a small ahi, ensuring another night of fresh food.
