Twenty Kauai County firefighters and two from the Pacific Missile Range Facility Crash Fire unit, along with Air-1, are fighting a brush fire on Kokeçe.

It is not known how many acres have burned, county officials said in a news release.
The fire broke out on state land at around 2:26 this afternoon along Makaha Ridge Road.
