EL BURRITO

This is what we in Hawai'i call a puka — a hole in the wall — but from it emanates scents of cilantro, cumin, oregano, roasting meats and bubbling menudo (spicy tripe and hominy stew, rumored to be the ultimate hangover cure), pork in tangy al pastor sauce, posole, chili verde and lamb.
